"Breakfast options were decent but would have been nice to have different options in hot and cold selection rather than the same food everyday. Room was not cleaned at same level of consistency; forgot to replace towels a couple of days."

"The best part of the experience was the interaction with the clerks in the front desk, specifically Victoria who was always very helpful in telling us what was going on in the city and always had a smile on her face and then Ariana. Victoria was always working in the evening; Ariana in the morning, who also told me, through a very fluid conversation, the many amenities available to us in Lisbon."
