"Great location. The Hotel needs a renovation for sure! However, they try to keep it clean. Rooms feel outdated and feel humid. Parking onsite is very expensive so plan ahead, and keep in mind about the resort fees that are never included in your grand total it adds up! Overall great location, but you can see and feel the hotel is old."

"What an amazing place to stay!!!! I am NOT a beach lover, but my kids are... and this hotel sits right in between the beach and the rainforest! So while after an exhausting day in the sun of the beach, we got to come back to the hotel and sit on the balcony that overlooked the rainforest. Immediately, when you walk in, your breath will be taken away from the view, and I don't know what scent that they have in that hotel, but I need to find it in a candle!!! This hotel was by far such an incredible part of our vacation- from the pools, to the slides, to the roomservice and views... On a less dreamy and joyful note, they do get you with daily resort fees (about $45 a day), which we were not expecting and it's $20 a day to self park. They do have a casino and event space on site, so if there is an event like a wedding, parking is still limited, and you may have to park pretty far away in the sun. They do have a shuttle, but we always found it was faster to walk."
