"Distance from T5 a little farther than expected. The choice of Holiday Inns made the whole thing confusing. Shd be more clearly defined. I almost got the Hoppa to the wrong hotel. Otherwise all good."

"Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. When they finally did give us rooms, we had to haul five suitcases, a car seat, a two year old and my Mom in her walker by ourselves. Disgraceful. "

"The room was clean but the decor and condition outdated and poor. There appears to have been no updating or redecorating since I last stayed here 10 years ago. No breakfast as they no longer have dining facilities."
