"It was a place to sleep and that was about it. The pool was closed due to a water leak. Not sure that was the issue or because it looked algae filled. The room had no closet and the dresser smelled like someone threw up in it even after they came in and cleaned it. The water pressure in the room was nonexistent."

"Very happy with my stay at this location. I have a service animal. So sometimes it makes it difficult for me And the staff. I was very happy with all of the food locations within walking distance, Walmart within walking distance. This place is perfect. For when you park your car, you don’t have to start it again until you leave. To say there’s no room for improvement- Well, there’s always room for improvement. I was very happy with the location and the amenities. And how close everything was. The receptionist, and the manager are very customer oriented. They did not make me or my dog feel like a second rate citizen, or unwelcome. Quite the opposite actually."

"The room I was provided at this Quality Inn was in incredibly poor condition, but the most alarming issue was the overwhelming odor of mildew. Because sleeping in a mildew-infested room poses a genuine health risk, I immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund so I could safely stay elsewhere. Management flatly refused. With my money tied up, I asked if I could simply be moved to a different room. They had an identical room available but refused to let me switch unless I paid an additional $35 fee. I explained that because the original room they provided was unfit for sleep, a transfer should be accommodated at no extra charge. Unbelievably, they refused this basic request as well. Refusing a refund for an unsafe room and then trying to extort more money from a customer is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this motel at all costs."
