The hotel is very nice with good amenities, however, during a couple of our visits in the cooler months the heating hasn't been on or working and the room was cold. Other than that our stays have been very comfortable."

"It was easy to find and there was space in the car park which was very convenient. We were given a lovely warm chocolate cookie on arrival and were able to check in by 1.30 pm which was also helpful. The upstairs bar had a small outdoor balcony with great views over the water. The choice at breakfast was excellent if a little cramped when busy as it was a help yourself. Great value stay!"

The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her."
