"This is probably the worst hotel in haikou. From the experience to the hotel itself. The inner decor is like something out from a 90s movie. The location sucks and no restaurants around. Even the food delivery service refuses to deliver to this hotel cause is in the middle of nowhere. Also the service is quite bad. "Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. The bed was extremely comfortable that my newly fiance did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning to One Gem Hotel when we visit Haikou next time."
