"Good location but and I mean a big butt…if you plan on taking the shuttle, take it earlier than you think you should. We waited in the airport shuttle line for close to an hour and barely made it on time. The staff were great and were in contact with the drivers but due to traffic and a family taking up the entire shuttle, it just took too long. So plan ahead and get in line!"

"The rooms were clean, and having both a bathtub and a walk-in shower was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, but it felt like the same options were offered every day. Adding items such as peanut butter, a variety of yogurts, and granola would make it even better. The pool area was excellent, and we would consider staying here again just for that amenity. One small improvement would be to keep the lobby water station stocked more consistently, as it was often empty. Having cold ice water available would be especially refreshing. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the park, which was convenient for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. A few additional thoughtful touches would make the experience even better."

"We love this hotel. We've stayed here many times in the past but stopped because the room rates were getting pretty high for us. We saw a good deal on Expedia and decided to try this oldie but goodie. We love that it's family owned; love supporting small businesses. The breakfast they offer is really good and more than enough to get you started on your day! There are hot scrambled eggs; some days they have sausage patties, other days they have ham. They have potatoes, pancakes or French toast sticks; there's yogurt with granola fixings, there are pastries, bagels and cream cheese, bread for toast, hot and cold cereals, milk, a wide variety of juices, coffee, hot chocolate, and all the fixings you'd need to have a good meal before going to the parks or to a convention. Breakfast is from 6am-9am. This is really good for people trying to make rope drop! The pools are large and clean as are the jacuzzis! There is a nice workout room with treadmills and other equipment. There are laundry facilities. It's really good! It's about a 20 minute walk to the esplanade. They do have a shuttle service that is $15 for up to 8 people. There is a number at their front desk that you call to arrange transport with. What's another 15 minutes of walking at the end of the night when you've already done so much walking while in the park? On the way back, you can cut through the Grand California Hotel and shave about 5 minutes off the walk back. On the 3rd floor we had a view of fireworks."

"Very convenient to the airport with a regular shuttle . Arrived early from a long flight and was able to book in early for $40 and also got a room with a bath as requested. Baths are no longer common and a room with a shower only is also available . Room came with a buffet breakfast that I only wish i had more time to enjoy . Available food other than the restaurant and Bar are limited with restricted hours . Staff are very kind and helpful . Have stayed here before and was happy to be able to book here again"
