Basic but clean!

The accommodation was basic but clean, which means a lot to me! Good size shower and a more than adequate continental style breakfast

Room was small, bathroom no room to swing a cat whilst sat on toilet knees were touching wall, black mould in shower so did not use, lack of plug sockets, cob web behind door been there awhile, walls cracked especially by window, will not stay again

Fantastic little stay at this place. You can really see that they have put some thought into how they do things to make yiur stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable with fresh and clean bedsheets, the bathroom was clean with clean towels. The continental breakfast thatnis left in the room is a great odea. Simply pick up what you want, take it down to the dining area/kitchen area and prepare. I really enjoy it and will be back. For anyone who is interested, i am a youtuber and will be leaving a clip of my room and my thoughts on the Hamilton in one of my videos. My chanel is called 'tobe explores'

Room was clean but all a bit jaded. Getting in through the keypad entry was difficult especially with arthritic hands. Also I’m short and wasn’t really tall enough to balance on the narrow top step and see what I was doing. There are lots of steps and stairs! Nice entrance hall and reasonably well equipped kitchen but only three forks available! Worst thing was my radiator didn’t work and there are no staff on site. Continually rang the support number but got nowhere. Promises were made to ring me back but never did. Stayed two nights and still not fixed the second day. Very poor. Didn’t expect the Ritz but having to sit in your room in your coat isn’t acceptable. Steer well clear.

Hamiltons B & B stay in Lincoln

Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend.

Great stay

Great little hotel up to date clean with modern decor. Lovely to have a fridge in the room and a kettle with breakfast left daily. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Great to have use of a kitchen too. Excellent value for money

A Little Gem

Stayed here for three nights at the beginning of April. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate available, as well as the usual kettle, and a fridge with real milk (as well as those plastic uht ones). The continental breakfast was available in the room and topped up daily, but with the added bonus of having a large kitchen available with toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob to cook and a large table to eat at. The housekeepers were really friendly and welcoming when we bumped into them, keeping everything clean, tidy and refreshed. With a private car park and walking distance to the city, what's not to love? We will 100% be coming back here again.

I really enjoyed my night at this facility. It is close to the city and on my road. It's really nice and quiet around there and my room was spacious and clean. The only thing that wasn't working is the hook on the bathroom door, that needs fixing.

On the 2nd night there was an argument between the landlord and a resident who should have checked out then between 1 and 2am the alarm went off for half an hour, almost certainly someone vaping in there room, the landlord seemed oblivious to it when I saw him the next day, the bed linen was not very good was old needs replacing, and the door handle was not fixed to the inside toilet door

Nice comfortable hotel handy to the city

The hotel was very clean and comfortable the door codes are a good idea but can be a bit tricky when you are loaded down with luggage. It is the first hotel we have stayed at with no reception or any evidence of someone being there in case of emergency but it seems to work ok. DIY breakfast was also new to us but once we had found the kitchen which was spotless everything fell into place. A couple of minor moans would be some extra bedding would have been useful as the duvet was rather thin. The shower head would not stay up on its own but we got round that. Only minor issues and on the upside it was priced very competitively.
