"This place was okay for 1 night. The cleaning is not the best - our room had some sort of sticky slime on the desk and crumbs on the chair. The pool is small and full of noisy kids. The bed is okay, but the fitted sheet kept coming off. The pillows were lumpy. The staff is friendly though and the breakfast is convenient. "

"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "
