4/10 Poor

"The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest. The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great."

"We had a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel and dropped off all of our bags in our room then went out to dinner. Upon arriving back from dinner, our keys no longer worked. We went to the front desk and were advised that they had overbooked the hotel and put someone else in our room. They went into our room when we were out to dinner and removed all of our belongings and put them in storage and then gave someone else our room. Bottom line, they screwed up and we had to find another hotel to stay at. The manager, Moni was not helpful at all and just kept on blaming the receptionist instead of trying to resolve the issue."

"Great location. Room balconies overlook the ocean and beach. Older property but fully updated/renovated rooms. The bathroom was fabulous. Huge shower with rain head shower from the ceiling. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again."

"Beds are rather comfy. Showers are terrible. Smells musty. It is not anything special. The pool in the photos looks 300X more luxurious than reality. I would NEVER pay over 300 there for and room ever again…. It wasn’t miserable but I felt very ripped off.. breakfast was pretty much powdered eggs, gas station muffins, and Jimmy deal sausages. Would not recommend this place."
