The pool was stunning and such a relaxing place to spend time, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What really made the difference was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful — they made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The service here truly goes above and beyond. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food were excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious meals. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to town and Lio Beach, which made exploring easy while still being able to return to the quiet comfort of the resort. This was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had in the Philippines. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in El Nido with top-notch service, modern facilities, and a tranquil atmosphere, Charlie’s is the place to be. Highly recommended!"
