"The hotel is a great boutique hotel. The staff at Morgans Hotel, running the property, are amongst the best I've encountered. Everyone is helpful, patient, and takes great care of guests. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of chouces. The amenities are top-notch: Molton Brown, great bathrobes. Though many would say it is pricey, I think the combination of location, luxury, and their fantastic staff, make it a bargain."

"Great location close to shops, bars, restaurants etc & the lovely promenade walk. In the room everything you needed with breakfast provision if you wanted it. Only negative was no parking so roadside parking only free for 3 hours or expensive private car parking "

"Better than we expected! Yes it’s a little dated but everything was clean, the bed was very comfy! Eveything we needed for 1 night stay. Parking right outside was great. Our room was on the ground floor by the reception and we couldn’t hear any noise. The aircon is old and quite noisy but it served us well during the heatwave. We also had the breakfast which was very good. Would stay again."

"The accomodation was well thought out, making the most of existing facilities and re-configuring to give you as many options as possible. Space was amazing, masses of room for family time. Lots of simple little extras, to help you have a good time, eg. pens and paper for scoring games or scribbling notes, in a kitchen drawer, to full instruction mauals for operating all appliances. Even a good guide book, about the house and area. Lots of nice pictures and ornaments, to give a homely feel. It comes with a good stock of kitchen equipment, all bedding, towels etc and even essential items like soap, washing up liquid etc. I do think that the owners need to emphasise that the property is not suitable for less mobile, or very elderly people, as it has a lot of steps and stairs, and is situated up a steep hill. Loved the terraces, equiped with table and chairs, great in recent hot weather. Thoroughly recommend this property."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times because of its location. All the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is buffet style and is excellent. Staff are always friendly and courteous. We were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment this time - was lovely to have use of a kitchen and separate lounge area. Useful to have parking in this area - easy walk into Mumbles."
