"Room was clean & a great ocean view. Was disappointed that the fireplace was not working. Also the room was a little bare. Could use another chair a a small side table to sit in front of the wonderful windows looking out at the beautiful coastline. Bathroom was huge but also lacked warmth. Maybe something on the walls. Also suggesting inside security latches on the doors. We had dinner & breakfast at the restaurant. We enjoyed both meals & the staff were great"
"The room is what you pay for, not super clean or anything but good for the night. Staff was super nice! I can tell they're about to do a big remodel but sadly we were there before we got to see it"
"My family of 4 ( myself, wife, and two kids) booked for two nights only stayed for 10 minutes. The room smelled. Dirty bathroom, mold in the tub, ceiling peeling off, blood on the smoke detector. Sheets with stains. Went to the front desk to cancel the security deposit and refund the room because we are checking out. Dude got mad like I made it all up. There was no way we were staying there. Drove the extra miles to Salinas and stayed at the Best Western. Worth the extra time it added to visit the Eastern side of the Pinnacles National Park. "
"This property has a spectacular ocean view. The room is small, good for max 2 people. Breakfast is basic, orange juice, eggs & bread. Parking is perfect right in front of the rooms. There's no staff on site, just the housekeeper. It's just 30 mins away from Nepenthe Restaurant."
"Parking is steps away from the room. Beds comfy. Bathroom is dated and dirty. No toiletries or coffee. Pool not open. Could not close shades enough to darken room. Staff were helpful."
