"We were on a late flight from Manila. Informed Hotel that we required very late check in around midnight. Arrived 2325hrs. Hotel reception in total darkness. Rung doir bell many time tk ni avail. They advertise 24Hrs checkin. Phoned the number above reception, lady sId she would wake the Management. She replied back stating that they were coming 1 floor. "Comfortable and spacious, with easy access to the lounge area. Disappointed that the fitness room did not have cross trainer, but did have plenty of other equipment. Nearby shops in SM Mall very convenient too."

"It was a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication. Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager. Special thanks to the whole team for making our stay truly memorable!"
