My recent stay at the Microtel in Lillington, NC was perfectly fine. It is a solid, average hotel that absolutely gets the job done. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and it provided a comfortable place to rest. It isn't a luxury resort, but for a straightforward and decent stay in the area, it meets expectations nicely. I would stay here again if I needed a simple room for the night.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were a bit crowded, but the bed was semi comfortable. Not a lot of breakfast choices and for sure need bigger cups for coffee.

Nice little hotel. The manager Sarah was so great. We drove over 20 hours from Des Moines, IA to North Carolina to visit our newborn granddaughter. We check in a little after 1 am. Exhausted! The room was really small and by morning the air conditioner stopped working. Not good! Went to the front desk that morning to tell them about the air conditioner. Sarah, the manager said she didn't have any maintenance people on property that day. So she asked if we wanted a suite at no extra charge. On my gosh, yes! The room was great, clean, lots of space and cool! We even had room to let our other granddaughter stay one night and play in the pool. The breakfast was decent. After the first night, the other 3 nights were great! Thank you Sarah!!
