Parking is complicated. Getting to the Lobby is an adventure. Once there, the staff was very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. The lighting in the room is insufficient for reading.

Staff were great. Hotel was nice but there were loud drunks in the hallways all night. Made sure to get a room for the wife with a tub and the tub wouldn’t hold water. Finally the parking is under the hotel and it is terrible. If you follow the signs you will just drive in circles all day

Fabulous property in the heart of North Hills! Everyone there was SO NICE and eager to help in any way. Everything is CLEAN and very nicely appointed. The breakfast and bar were great with exceptional service at every turn. Parking was FREE in the garage below and easy to find. LOVE this property, definitely recommend!
