"Pulling up…my expectations were through the roof and I was expecting nothing less than 5 stars…but, my first night there, and no hot water!! I wanted so badly to take a hot shower and wash the day off but instead I had to wait until the next day to do that then housekeeping came to chg those dirty sheets and…she took my used towels (there were only 2 washcloths and she took both of them) and when I got ready to take the hot shower I had to wait for some to be laundered.
