Clean room, lots of pillows, fridge in room, very low vanity (almost knee level) & bathroom light did not work and was not corrected. Breakfast had no meat or eggs nor fruit. It was cereal, instant grits & oatmeal, variety of breads for toast, small muffin, frozen waffles, & yogurt. Also milk & OJ & coffee. Washer & dryer available in a breezeway. Pool area looked nice.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired no fruit at all toaster waffles only caffeinated tea was very disappointed. The grounds need more markings between the curb and the pavement yellow strips because the curbs and the pavement are the same color. I twisted my ankle on one. The staff was very nice, but the place itself needs some updating and not plastic flowers in the flower pots.

Advertised the pool area being open in the Expedia app however it in fact wasn’t. The entire pool area to include the patio is apparently “seasonal”. There is no where to sit outside and enjoy the sun and you only have one chair in your room. Additionally the free breakfast was only yogurt, breads and muffins. The coffee was consistently out or cold. Would not recommend staying here especially as more hotels open in the downtown area.

The staff was great. Well intentioned and worked to assist. However the wireless was down and I nor my wife could access the wireless throughout our stay. I have stayed at this hotel for many years, and I last visited this hotel approximately 2.5 years ago. This hotel had an elevator. This hotel was very convenient, since I was able to walk all around Pensacola’s Downtown areas, and the beach could be reached by about a drive of about fifteen (15) minutes. Interstate-110 was down the street from this hotel. This area felt very safe to me. There was plenty of free parking on this property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and this hotel was both quiet and clean. I enjoyed the free WiFi, the television quality, the hot water, and the air conditioning. I had daily housekeeping service performed on my room. The pool was colder, but I did enjoy my swims. The breakfast variety became a lot more limited from how it was done in the past, and I wished that this hotel brought back a return of the hard-boiled eggs, the bagels, and the fruits. There were plenty of bottled waters, orange juices, yogurts, cereals, toasts, muffins, and waffles. A treadmill in the gym did not operate, but I did enjoy the exercise bicycle and the free weights. I would return to this hotel again for my next stay in Pensacola.
