Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel if a stay is needed in this area.

Should have stayed somewhere else

Deliveries at 3am right outside a ramp, very loud, unable to sleep, AC not working, gym isn’t as advertised and I wouldn’t pay €20 a day for that breakfast

The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to have an on-site restaurant. We found out when we arrived that it was closed for the month. It would have been good to be notified beforehand

Dans la chambre, il manquait, la bouilloire, 1 serviette et les chassons j ai appelé l accueil, ils ont envoyé une employée qui m a apporté la bouilloire, les chaussons et ... 1 peignoir que je n avais pas demandé mais pas de serviettes... Le chauffage était bloqué, je ne pouvais pas l éteindre, meme une employée à essayé sans succès ! Tres décevant

Problème de qualité

À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un problème qui n’a malheureusement pas pu être résolu par le premier jeune homme de l’accueil. Lunette mince de type européen Sa réaction s’est limitée à un simple « désolé », sans chercher de solution, ce qui nous a laissés un peu démunis. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation à Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immédiatement et a su régler le souci avec efficacité. Grâce à elle, nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour. Nous tenons également à remercier la dame à la peau mate avec des rasta, qui a également été très accueillante et professionnelle. Un conseil : il faudrait davantage de collaborateurs comme Olivia et cette dame, car leur sens du service fait vraiment la différence

Manque de souplesse niveau facturation

Dommage que l on soit obligé de payer la nuitée séparément du restaurant sous pretexte d impayé alors que l on nous demande une caution de 150 euros. Ma société me demande 1 seule facture si resto + hotel dans le même ets. Du coup , suis contraint de diner à l extérieur. Sinon l hotel est de bon standing.

Excellent séjour, très bon confort. La chambre est très spacieuse. Seul "hic", les rideaux ne couvrent pas la totalité de la fenêtre et donc il faisait jour très tôt dans la chambre en ce début de mois de juin.

J'ai signalé que une partie du Rideau était décrochée à notre arrivée. Et pendant 2 jours Ça n'a pas été refait malgré la promesse à l'accueil. Dommage pour la grasse matinée.

Veel jeugd. Werd tot 3 uur 's-nachts gefeest met luide muziek. Kun niks aan gedaan worden want was in de appartement. Tevens veel last van rokende mensen buiten. Geen hulp vanuit de receptie. Wel een goed bed.

L'etablissement est très propre la chambre magnifique avec toutes les petites attentions. En revenche l'accueil est froid jebsuis arrivee avant 2h avant, elle ma justecrepondu ce n'est pas l'heure revenez a 15h. Jai dû demandé si javais le droit de rester a l'intérieur, aucune proposition, aucune indications si le restairant est ouvert ou le bar.... Ensuite arrive l'heure du checkin, depot de garantie de 250 euros et taxe de sejour. Et la à 23h je dormais et le téléphone de la chambre sonne je repond et il me dit le checkin n'est pas fait redonner moi votre nom, j'ai dis ca ne peut pas attendre demain matin il ma dit non tout de suite. Bref le matin l'équipe s'excuse mais comme j'ai dis pourquoi le checkin n'a pas été fait correctement. Soyez plus rigoureux dans votre travail.

Très bel hôtel

Hôtel très haut de gamme avec des équipements haute qualité. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles pour la belle moquette au sol mais tachée, 4 étoiles aussi pour une légère odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain après avoir fait couler l'eau, 4 étoiles aussi pour le prix du petit déjeuner assez élevé. Sinon par rapport à mon niveau d'exigence, hôtel au top et à refaire.
