"Great location - easy to walk to the train station (Berlin HBF) and other bus and train lines. Great options for food and coffee and a grocery store right nest door. The staff were very nice and helpful. 24/7 access to drinks and food (restaurant in the lobby). Free (great) self-service coffee machines also in the lobby. Plenty of seating for lounging and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. The airconditioning did not go down as low as we wanted (we like cold rooms to sleep in), but opening the window helped a lot (we were there early May so weather was mild and warm in the day time and cooler at night)."

"Great hotel steps away from the Berlin Central train station making it super easy for travellers coming in on a fast train (€5) with suitcases from the airport. Within walking distance to all the maim attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby"

"Very close to the train station, nice staff, able to leave the luggage there, and go back to pickup then go to train station, will stay again."

"Very nice and clean, no noise either. Only issue is the lift in the building was strange and bit tricky to navigate. Other then that, no real complaints, slept well and very much enjoyed our stay."
