Everything in the room was fine. I didn't give a 5-star rating due to the very poor wi-fi connection. I had to log-in every morning and often I either couldn't connect at all or it would take me several tries before I was able to access the Internet. And even when I did have access, the connection was weak.

Good location

Great location near the S-bahn, nice sized rooms, good hot shower and comfy beds. Plenty of cupboard space, friendly staff and there was a safe in the room which was useful. Only slight issue was that we couldnt get the air con to work and it was pretty hot throughout the night, but the windows opened for a breeze at least.

The only thing a huge let down is their terrible wifi connection and as an outsider you need it all the time. Otherwise room was good and spacious, staff were ok and the breakfast was great! There is a huge train station near by - Berlin Gesundbrunnen - and a huge mall surrounding it. Very well connected to Alexanderplatz, heart of Berlin from where you can go to almost all points of interest. Recommend. Will stay again provided they improve the wifi.

Quality accomodation but when you book an 'apart hotel' with a large kitchen, one expects to get plates, knives and forks, an oven ... All these thing where €30 extra/day and where not mentioned on the Expedia website.

The hotel was fine with very friendly staff. However, it is very misleading when they indicate a kitchenette. It comprises of cupboards, kettle for tea/ instant coffee and very small fridge. No other appliances or dishes are provided……not a toaster or microwave. If you would like these, we were told that it would be an additional 30 euros a day. I was very disappointed as I booked this hotel because of the kitchenette since we were spending 11 days in Berlin. Had I known in advance, I likely wouldn’t have switched hotels since the one I had previously booked included a full kitchen. The extra fee was not indicated in the property details. I had to scroll to find it.

S-Bahn / U-Bahn mit super Anbindung in fußläufiger Nähe. Check-In / Out sehr unkompliziert. Zimmer waren bei Ankunft fertig. Parkplätze in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Z. B. Karten funktionieren nicht, Zimmer direkt neben Aufzug, obwohl explizit nicht neben Aufzug gewünscht, Room-Service obwohl ich keinen wollte (dreckiges Handtuch wurde mir neu präsentiert, statt ausgetauscht), es gibt eine Kitchenette, aber nicht einen Teller, Löffel, geschweige Mülleimer, Sauberkeit naja (Badezimmer und Eingangsbereich verschmutzt), trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wird keine adäquate Rechnung ausgestellt, obwohl dies bei einem früheren Versuch erfolgte.

Hotel was really nice but I had a bad experience at check in. The reception lady asked me to pay 30 euro for what she told me for tax. I paid this then on departure on my receipt I seen it was for early check in. I queried this and they refunded my 30 euro as I didn’t check in early. I am still upset with this as if I hadn’t noticed then I would have lost 30 euros.
