It would be great for the TV to have the option of changing Italian to English like many 5-star hotels do. Aurelio and Stefania were wonderful, as was Fabio. The front desk attendant in the afternoon was not at all pleasant; I didn’t get his name, but everyone else was wonderfully welcoming. "

"Couldn’t fault it! Room was immaculate, staff were so helpful and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and the location is great. Music from a bar outside was loud on Friday night but it stopped at 11pm so didn’t really affect our night’s sleep. We had a twin room and the beds were very comfy"

"The hotel is in an excellent location for airport water bus and the water bus to train station. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are a good size with nice décor. Location is great for San Marco and exploring. Breakfast is very good and the bar has a lovely atmosphere. Can highly recommend staying here."
