"This hotel is fantastic value for money in a great location. We stayed for the weekend to attend Lichfield Festival at Beacon park, which the hotel is perfectly located for. The hotel staff were fully booked and worked their socks off. They had sufficient parking with an attendant on the entrance to ensure that hotel guests could get a space. Check in was easy at the end of the evening and breakfast was superb. The only tip I would have which is not a criticism, is to close the window at night...

"Great stopping off point on our journey. Lovely little property; little being the operative term. Not a problem though, as we only needed a bed for the night. Smart, bright, clean room with en suite. Decorated to a high standard and the beds were comfortable. Right in the middle of the Warwick University campuses and close to a sizeable retail area with Tesco petrol station.

but connecting pub does not , so unable to assess breakfast or dinner although could order by phone a takeaway for collection but can’t collect cause of

so didn’t solve the issue"

"Rooms were lovely and modern. I had a standard room which was lovely. The only slight let down was when booking a room it said a king size bed which wasn't the case but it was lovely. I would recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely stay again."
