"We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). The room wasn’t filthy but it did leave a lot to be desired (there was a spider web in the shower that looked like it had been there for a long time). We only stayed for two nights since we were visiting family in Tarlac and were heading back to Canada immediately afterward, so staying here was fine. "

"I'll never stay there again, For example, even though I had entered my address & other info online beforehand, however, I was made to write it all down again by hand at check-in, they also took a photo of my passport, I question how they manage personal info, ... ? There was no water bottle, & not even a cup, in the room, I ordered breakfast for 8 AM when I checked in but it arrived at 9 AM, ..."

"Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door). Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan. Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff."
