"Room service was hit and miss. One day the room wasn’t touched. The next we had to request it. Another they cleaned it but left no towels or toilet paper. The incudes breakfast was very very good, no complaints there. Staff are very friendly regardless of room service issues"

"Lost wifi several times in room 436. Breakfast ok. Had bacon last day there. Thankfully. Staff amazing. Spouse killed a cockroach. Need to spray for bugs. They lay thousands of eggs you see one roach theres thousands you dont see."

"We stayed for 2 nights at Chali. First of all there is no swimmable beach. The view is industrial as the property is off a very busy highway. Nevertheless once you are in the property, there is a semblance of being in a resort. There is a pool but we didn’t use it although the people who were using it seemed to enjoy it. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms and it was clean and basic. We did use the laundry service which was prompt and met our needs. The stay included breakfast on which you picked from a menu and in addition, they also offered a continental style buffet. Filipino service was exceptional. I would stay here again."
