We had issues with the shower. The elevator sounded horrible and took forever to come, it was only 3 floors. There were several spots in the carpet. I was not offered a pro rated refund when we had to check out early. Highly dissatisfied

Easy to check in, but room felt like it could have been cleaned better. The floor was extremely dirty and seemed like it had not been mopped/cleaned in quite some time. The pool also seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while.
