There is a terrible stench in the hallway carpet on the right side of the first floor. While the room I stayed in general use items such as the bed, tub and sink were clean, the base boards of the room I stayed in was visibly dirty and peeling. Nevertheless, the staff members were friendly and helpful. "

"Arrived and given room that had not been cleaned. Corner trim fell off near entry door. One of 2 elevators out of service all 5 days of our stay. Toilet handle broken but maintenance did quickly fix it. Room not serviced -- always had to ask for clean towels. Disappointing breakfast -- should eliminate turkey sausage. Pancake machine inoperable. "
