"Everything was good. Clean and nice rooms, good food and nice pools. The only issue, and not the resorts fault, as soundproofing is pretty good, is the other tenants slamming doors. The doors close nicely under control, just inconsiderate travellers."

"This hotel is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly—Noel was our driver, and what a great guy! My daughter made new friends there. It’s definitely a family-friendly spot with a playground. The drinks and food are delicious. The rooms are super clean, offering a wonderful view of the ocean and pool. Plus, there’s great live music at night! This place is in a fantastic location, right next to everything."

"This was the best resort I’ve stayed in. There were multiple beautiful pools designed to ensure you always had space to yourself. The food was also incredible. We are vegetarian and sometimes are left with minimal options, but there were always plenty of options. The room was also spacious and luxurious. Didn’t want to leave! The staff were also fabulous - made the experience so enjoyable."

"Our stay in Amarela Resort turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Bohol. The whole place is ART. The attention to detail was astounding! The staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. If you ever plan to stay in Amarela resort, please take the time to walk the grounds -- they have an art gallery, beautiful walkways, a library, a massage hut, a garden, an infinity pool, a magnificent view of the sunrise, etc. The surrounding area is peaceful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bohol."

Amorita Resort Bohol

"Amorita Bohol was exceptional in every way. Beautifully designed, excellent staff and good food available at their restaurants. Do not miss their Spanish resto. Buffet area may look small but its offerings are plentiful and varied. As for resort activities, They have bikes that you can borrow, theres a small kiddie area near their Saffron restaurant and you can even learn a spot of archery while you’re there. There are two pools, one near the main restaurant and one near the front desk which overlooks Panglao beach. Both are great places to hang out in. Every so often, the staff will come by with some fruit skewers, cucumber shots and icy facial spray for those of us who love to stay pool side. If you prefer the beach, all you need to do is walk down some steps, go through their manned gate and you’re right smack at one end of the famous Alona beach. We borrowed beach towels and triangle pillow cushions from the guard and hung out by the beach for a whole day! We even ordered food from the Azotea pool restaurant of Amorita and they olaced them all in boxes inside a woven basket which made everything portable and felt like a true picnic. We also borrowed a kayak while we were out on the beach. All in all, our family had a most excellent time at Amorita. We were also blessed with perfect, sunny weather which made our stay wonderful! Thank you, Amorita!! Cant wait to visit again someday."
