Resort states airport transfer available yet no transport arrived. No communication from the resort. The resort have not yet registered their vehicles so impossible to arrange airport transfer. "Located within the city, the resort is a perfect place for families with kids like us and we stayed for 12 days straight. It is an expansive property with 3 pools that gave us choice of where and when we go for a swim. The property is gated and secured. My 2 kids on another room could walk around safely around the property. The food is good and the daily night time entertainment is fantastic. The staff are also friendly. This place is a good base to explore the island province of Bohol. I recommend this place."

"We stayed at South Palms, now Oceanica, 8 years ago and enjoyed our stay then and still loved the place. Every staff were friendly and professional and were always willing to assist no matter what it was we needed. Due to the paying public being allowed access during the day, it was busier than normal. However, it wasn’t a deterrent for us enjoying ourselves. The location is amazing with long stretch of white sand beach for everyone to enjoy! Definitely will be returning to this place when we visit Bohol. "
