"Good staff, clean room, good breakfast. 10/10!"

"This hotel is a great place. It has been totally remodeled, and they have done a fantastic job. The rooms are very comfortable, with a huge shower, a great balcony with an ocean view. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The beach and pool are incredible (but bring water shoes as there are a lot of coral and sea urchins), and never felt crowded (even when the hotel was well occupied). No need to rush at 7 am to get your lounge chair, as in many places. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lof of different choices (the only complaint could be the time to get a cappuccino, and the lack of fresh mangos) The restaurants are good but a little limited. In summary, a real great place for a quiet vacation "

"Stayed for 2 nights and everything we needed were just there: towels for pools (different than the towels in the suites), drinking water, and a range of toiletries were available including a shaving kit. Room was great and the balcony had a rack to hang wet clothes. With very limited options, or at least cheap options, in breakfast places in the Alona beach area, the free breakfast made our stay so much better. For the two breakfasts we had, some dishes were different on the second day. We paid for their dinner buffet as well and it also had a great variety of food available. Staff from ALL departments were great - they were very accommodating and always available. Despite the steep price, it was well worth it."

"We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location and facilities provide an opportunity to both rest and relax or enjoy the activity of Alona. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner one night, the spacious rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and always polite. "
