"This place was amazing. The personal touch of having a piece of the famous Sans Rival cake ready to eat with silverware on the bed when we arrived was astonishing. Along with a word of welcome written in chocolate. We have never had that kind of personal touch to make us feel so very welcome. During breakfast the servers anticipated our needs and brought us some extra tissues. When we arrived a gentleman was playing the piano very excellently. He also playing during breakfast. A very classy touch. The views were spectacular!! Pay the extra money for the suite. We were in room 200 on the end. You won’t regret it !"

"Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."
