Hotels with parking in Leyte Island, Eastern Visayas

"Hotel dont know how to be prepared for their guest. Not all amenities are available. "

"Long delay more than an hour before our 2 rooms were available for check in. Front desk staff were less than forthcoming with keeping us informed about what was going on, to the point of being somewhat dishonest. Disappointing. I've stayed at xyz several times in recent years. This is the first time I've considered going elsewhere."

"I have stayed there before and the issue is at the front desk...the first time, the poor woman was by herself at 5pm trying her best to checkin 4 guests This last time, i inquired what time the morning shuttle would leave GO HOTEL for the 630 am flights...PAL and Cebu both have flughts aporoximately at that time The evening before my flight, one front desk staff told me 5 am for the shuttle, then, the 2nd staff member told me 530 am I wrote a review on expedia Later that night, i received a call from a GO HOTEL manager, apologizing for the confusion She informed me that it was only a 10 to 15 minute drive from GO Hotel to the airport. She THEN informed me that shuttle would leave at 430 am ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? GO HOTEL should be ashamed of the quality and lack of training of their front desk staff!!! It is not the staff!!!! It is ownership and upper management!!"

"2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!"
