Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"Staff was very helpful answering our questions about parking, and about where the bus would pick us up for our Niagara Falls tour. Beautiful pool. The gift shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the gift shops in the actual park. The only negatives I could think of was that there were some crumbs on the floor of the room, and the plug to the bathtub was broken, but we also didn’t mention this to the staff, given how friendly they were, thy likely would’ve offered solutions, but at the time it didn’t seem worth mentioning. Parking is a bit abysmal Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend."

"My room was clean with all the amenities were well stocked. I saw some reviews of the front desk being unprofessional. I personally thought the staff were nice but very casual. I think the casual informal approach throw other people off, as most are use to over the top customer service. I personally didn’t take offence to this and felt like a breath of fresh air speaking to a real person that doesn’t put on over the top personal. But also is New York, I was prepared for New York brash behaviour. Would totally stay again if I’m ever in town."

"Staff was welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the weed smell coming from one of the rooms. It was really strong. But went away after a bit."
