This property is a fantastic value. The breakfast is much better than any breakfast at a Marriott chain and the staff is more than accommodating, they are warm and welcoming. This is the best value hotel in western New York.

Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great.
