"The place was magnifique! Easy entry. You do not have to communicate with a live person if you wish. Emails were an easy way to connect, and were answered promptly in real time. I love that there is a specific room under security that allows for you to drop off luggage and belongings early before check in. You may walk around Paris without worry about having your things safe. Peace of mind is an excellent way to travel :) The room was spacious and clean. Everything you could desire and more. Nice touches. I was quite happy with this lovely place. Much more spacious than other stays in Europe. I plan on visiting again! 10/10"
