"While the location is indeed pretty perfect, the rest was far from. They call it an 'experience' hotel.. the experience was well below even the most basic of expectations. On the night we checked in there was a techno night going on next door, reception didn't even bother to mention it. We only found out by the noise and the complimentary ear plugs left on the side. The theme continued with no one on reception ever bothering to say good morning or good evening. "

"Excellent location, staff were great, hotel was clean- although we had to ask twice on a 4night stay for our room to be cleaned and refilled with water and toiletries as neither had been done by 5pm. Rooms are very small so not quite value enough for money. If rates were cheaper it would’ve been more understandable but navigating room and bathroom was tricky when in ski attire! "
