"3rd week here, my room wouldn't get hot water the whole time. Only a trickle of water with no pessure coming out of shower head, only luke-warm. No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet. Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. No fridge, noisy neigbourhood with roosters crowing all night and dogs barking nonstop. Also sounds from casino, non stop beeping all night and day. Some staff were nice, and helpful sometimes. Rooms need updating, renovating,...

"Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were excellent and made friendships with several. Room cleaned daily. Beautiful outlook to the bay. Restaurant meals were divine; we ate here every night for 7 nights. Great entertainment every night as well which was unexpected. 5 stars"

"We stayed 6 nights in a garden bungalow! It was amazing, the photos on various sites are legit 3 pools, pool bar, lagoon access. Staff are super friendly and helpful Small tip, due to earthquakes the roads around the property are in poor condition, so when doing day trips better to leave early due to traffic and slow driving "
