"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is...

"So I'm going explain what happened on the day I booked my stay at this hotel at around 1 AM. I checked on Expedia to see if I could find a hotel. I found this hotel made a payment online via Expedia, got a confirmation number, called the phone number that was listed to confirm that I can check-in even though it was at 1 AM in the morning. The person I spoke to said yes, it was fine to come through, they will check me in. I get to the location and the front desk person asks me "How did I pay?"...
