"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

"Our stay was pleasant . Initially when we arrived we were not happy with the initial room however the manager and staff did there very best to reallocate us a different room immediately which was was much much better. The staff were very polite and helpful most especially the staffs at the residential lounge reception. The manager was very soft spoken and very understanding. The facilities were good and met our needs however they will need to improve on their WiFi availability. The location...
