A nice lady from the bar, walked over to the reception desk asked for an ice pack from the first aid kit. The receptionist gave a snotty "no", so we went back to the bar and she found some ice packs. That was an effort above and beyond to care for a friend of mine and I am ever so appreciative. I've stayed before this time and I will most definitely stay again. "
