"We went to check in had all the information saying we paid online. They don't let us check in and had the receipt and itinerary information and still would not let us check in I would not recommend this place to anyone they were nasty hostile and would not accommodate us at all"

"On-site restaurant/bar is good. Poolside and nearby bar was really nice! Rooms are descent, minor repair needed in shower. Rooms w balconies, fridge, descent TV channels. Beds are good. Only issue is the loud airplanes going by at 3am-5am, but they have a Homedics sound machine to attempt the blockage of noise. I found using my headset w music or phone w relaxing music worked better for us."

"Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. In the morning, my breakfast, at the restaurant, arrived quickly and was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient with the driver assisting me with my bag. Many thanks to all for an enjoyable experience! "

"They are really unhelpful the staff. Esp Hera and Taz. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here for £1. Please avoid and go somewhere else. The roads outside are totally filthy. The roads are exceptionally noisy i didnt sleep 1 minute. Pay more go somewhere else. A very unaccommadating to extra requests also"
