"Really helpful staff, especially Sanga. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are clean but very small Spare pillows are helpful. Bar staff are superb, cannot fault. Breakfast is okay... needs some work. Used to be great. Truly disliked the buffet style dinner for after our London to Paris cycle, really just very average. Overall I think the cleanliness, the service level from staff and the bar are superb and really good value for Paris. Location is excellent, ten mins walk from the Eiffel tower and lots of lovely little bistro and bars."

"The staff were wonderful. Expedia did not send the hotel my reservation but fortunately, the hotel were able to accommodate us for 3 days. Not only did they find another hotel close by to host us for the remainder of our trip, they moved our belongings. When we showed up in the evening to check in at the new hotel, everything was already prepared for us. The staff at Eiffel Rive Gauche were helpful and extremely kind."
