"The hotel was good and the staff were helpful. The free coffee was an added bonus after being out at a concert and was being used by lots of people. Location was perfect. The hotel was let down by the size of the bathroom. It was ridiculously cramped, especially the toilet area. Also, the sink took ages for the water to drain and there were no hand towels. For one night it was OK but wouldn’t stay longer for this reason."

"Excellent for access to the shopping areas, O2 and the first direct arena. Nice hotel with a welcoming bar, clean modern rooms and comfy bed."

"The hotel overall was nice. The lady who checked me in was really friendly. Overall everything seemed clean except for the stains on the carpet in my room. I did notice the traffic outside but it didn’t keep me awake. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge available in the room and, if you needed it, an ironing board and a hairdryer."

"My wife and I found this hotel very nice, being newly refurbished. Staff were all very friendly, we had evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both very much, all in all a very pleasant stay, will definitely be returning."

"Excellent for a budget stay, ideally located and easy to find. Clean, comfortable basic rooms. Toilet was a bit dodgy as kept filling with water for ages after flush but other than that great. Only thing missing is kettle but then I guess that would move band of hotel. "
