"Whilst there is still some renovation work taking place this did not impact on the Hotel - Room was spacious and Modern - Breakfast was first class and superbly cooked hot breakfast options best I have had in ages - compliments to the ktchen - healthy options as well - nice breakfast lounge - Limited parking but was able to park which was a bonus - well placed for Leeds first direct Arena and City"

"Buffet breakfast was just alright. Sausages were naff and bacon not great. But unlimited coffee, cappuccino machine with decaf option. Clean bedroom, great shower and decent armitage shanks"

"Excellent location and staff all very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was so simple and quick. Underground car park is ideal and was £18 for 24 hours. Hotel bar (Soap Factory) was very nice and the restaurant looked good. Rooms are nice and would most definitely stay again. "
