"Not required. Checking was excellent.staff had good customer services and sense of humor. Everything was really good. But room had dust behind funitures. Phone unplug from the wall Tv was not connecting but technique support was excellent "

"Pros:- early check in, late check out appreciated. Looked after case next day. Breakfast excellent. Room clean. Cons:- offered late check out, but hadn't been booked on system. Asked for bed sheet as warm weather. Had to ask 3 times until we got one. Bed too firm. Air conditioning poor, set to 18 degrees but got nowhere near 18 degrees, it was also very noisy."

"Hotel is great " location wise " , just 5 minutes from Leeds railway station, rooms are clean and the staff were very good throughout. Only problem we had was the breakfast ( on offer at £10 each ) was very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The tea was in a thermos flask, the food was tepid at best. Will stay at the hotel again, but eat breakfast out next time,"
