The bed was surprisingly way more comfortable than other more expensive hotels we’ve stayed in and the room was very clean. Water pressure for the shower was great and there was a reasonable continental breakfast available upon checkout."

"This place is a gem. We loved our brief stay at this charming, old-school lodge on a lake. We were welcomed with mulled cider (adult mix), brownies, and kindness by a charming hostess who turned was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. We had a lovely view of Laurel Lake. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of high quality. Breakfast more than met our exectations. We can't wait to come back!"
