It all happened electronically which at first was making me nervous it wasn’t going to work but their instructions were perfect and clear with frequent reminders. Room very clean (seemed very new) and perfect for what we needed. Bed comfortable. Plenty of parking. Beautiful setting.

This was a return stay at Eden Rock. The room is modern, well-appointed, clean, with very comfortable beds. Access to an outside area is pleasant. Quiet location, convenient to Great Barrington and Berkshire attractions. While there is no front desk or reception area, instructions for accessing the room are easy to follow.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are cozy and clean. If we have one complaint, it's that the coffee is instant, and there aren't many options for coffee right nearby.

Great stay on outskirts of Great Barrington.

Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. Trees for shade planted and in a few years will be great in the summer. Great location. Close to downtown Great Barrington. Across the street from a nice park with short trails.

I loved that despite checking in late, I was able to speak to the owner. I loved that she was completely fine when I requested a late check out. I loved that the room was spacious and clean and exactly what I needed after a 13 hour drive from Chicago. I loved that the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel in a long, long time. Finally, the owner Rebecca and her family were a pleasure to meet in person. My only regret, I wish I could have stayed longer and soaked in the fresh mountain air. I highly, highly recommend East Rock Inn. Warm and welcoming, clean and cosy, I will be back:)

Nice renovated room

The room was nice and recently renovated. Easy check in considering they don’t have a lobby. I liked how it had YoutubeTV already on the TV. The room stated it had a Mountain View, it was more of trees in front of a hill. Not a big deal but expected a mountain. The only problem I had is when I was sleeping and the people in the room next door showed up, they were incredibly loud and obnoxious from the second they stepped in the room. The gentleman working was very nice and did everything he could such as talk to them but those folks didn’t care. He also tried to move me but the motel was full. I ended up having to get ear plugs from CVS to sleep through the night. That being said I the motel was great but the other guests were careless of anyone else.
