A huge shoutout to Salam, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. When we encountered some issues with our booking, Salam was proactive and efficient in finding a solution - she truly had an answer for everything! Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to have Salam as your point of contact, you'll be in good hands.
