"The staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, including delicious eggs if you need eggs. The hotel includes a beautiful garden and sitting rooms for relaxing, plus tea with cakes in the afternoon. They serviced our laundry within a couple of hours and the rate was fair. "Вначале мы получили номер на первом этаже с видом на стоянку. Обратились на ресепшен и на следующий день нас любезно перевели в номер на 8 этаже с видом на озеро. Отличные завтраки. Один вечер ужинали в ресторане Сафран - отличная кухня."

"This impeccably maintained vintage hotel was immaculate in every way. Like stepping back in time to where the rich and famous of the past surely visited. Great view overlooking Montreux, but not super convenient to walking the lake promenade. There is a tram or bus stop nearby that easily takes you up and down."

"We had to have a discussion with the reservation staff to get a better room. We were assigned a first floor room over looking a parking lot. After some discussion and significant increase in room cost we were moved to a larger third floor room with a nice view of Lake Geneva. What is the point of staying at the Grand Hotel du Lac if you can’t see the lake from your room. The hotel had many large tour groups who swarm in and out fast. Our overall experience was very good it is a very elegant hotel with a very professional exceedingly friendly staff. Since it sits on the waterfront with easy access to lake front walking and many restaurants along the way."

"Great property just steps from Lake Geneva. The room and hotel were beautiful and grand. The breakfast that was included had great variety and made for a stress free morning. Especially since you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa, gym, pools are modern and quite large. It's really nice the property has both an indoor and outdoor pools. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !"
