"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Beautiful scenic location with amazing view of the mountains. Great for a quiet and peaceful escape. The chalet was modern and super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My kids especially loved the jacuzzi and small playground.
